Nomin Zezegmaa's first UK solo exhibition opens at St Cyprian's Church, London
NIKA Project Space is pleased to share the opening of Nomin Zezegmaa’s first solo exhibition in the UK, presented as part of Bagri Springboard by Bagri Foundation at St Cyprian’s Church in London.
Responding to the church’s Gothic architecture and choral history, the exhibition brings together sculpture, sound, painting and installation, including a newly commissioned sound work and a 27-metre-long batik installation.
Drawing on Mongol ancestral knowledge practices, cosmology and musical traditions, Zezegmaa explores the relationships between spirituality, material, memory and place, transforming the church into a space for reflection and contemplation.
Curated by Bagri Foundation Director Chelsea Pettitt, the exhibition opens on 9 October 2026 and runs from 10 to 24 October 2026.
